1. When you see an item you want fill in the quantity field, then click the "Buy Now" button. The item is now in your shopping cart. You may check your shopping cart contents buy clicking "View Cart" located in the upper right hand corner of your screen.
   
2. When you are finished shopping, click "Checkout" at the upper right corner of your screen.
   
3. During checkout you will be asked to enter your shipping and billing information.
   
4. After entering the required information, you can review your order for accuracy. If the information is correct, click "Submit Order" to finalize your order.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

JMG Waterfree, Inc. offers the best shipping possible through UPS delivery.

Please note that the shipping rates for items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on the order page of your shopping cart. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. Shipping rates originate from our warehouse (04005 zip code) and are based on actual real-time UPS shipping rates to your address.

Once you've placed an order on jmgwaterfree.com it will be processed within two business days depending on availability. Certain items may take longer to process in which case the customer will be notified of any delay.

For UPS Ground shipments you order should arrive within 2-8 business days depending on where you live in the continental U.S. UPS Second Day Air, 3 Day Select and Ground Shipments are based on actual transit time after the 24 hour next business day order processing period. Please keep in mind that there are no weekend or holiday deliveries.

Currently we ship anywhere in the continental US, using UPS delivery unless otherwise stated. PLEASE NOTE: Foaming housing cleaner can only be shipped by ground.

Although we try as hard as possible to stock all of our products, backorders might occur. If a backorder occurs you will be notified ASAP either by email or by phone. At that point the customer will have a choice to have their account credited for the full product amount, or if desired we will ship the backordered item once it is in stock.

Oversized Items: On special occasions carriers other than UPS may deliver orders. Usually this occurs when orders are over the UPS maximum size or weight. Note: a common carrier other than UPS will deliver packages. Call us toll free at 1-877-288-5735 to arrange for these shipments.

Please note that sometimes we will split your order into multiple packages to provide you with the most efficient service.

* Maine residents are subject to 5% sales tax unless your valid tax-exempt number is provided.

* There is no sales tax on any item shipped outside of Maine.

RETURN POLICY

Return Policy: You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by JMG Waterfree, Inc. within 30 days of delivery. Returns will only be accepted by calling our customer service department at 1-877-288-5735 to request a return authorization number. Any Products returned without an authorization number will not be accepted.

All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee unless defective. All items must be returned complete.

A copy of your receipt must be provided with the return to ensure proper credit. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the to the return shipper. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (2 to 7 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used for purchase.
